🚨 HIRING SDR 🚨
This is for one of my sales teams and probably one of the best offers for an SDR.
Overview of the offer
⁃B2C biz opp offer ( Amazon fba )
⁃Price point at £3k increasing to £4k come Feb 2025
⁃Offer cleared $100,000+/m last month with ZERO CONTENT POSTED AND ZERO ADS RUN ( all from a va reaching out to existing followers / engagers with account and having them opt into free training )
⁃Myself and Offer Owner called opt ins, booked them in and he closed them
⁃We only had 4 slots open per day in offer owners calendar … and hit $100,000+ with that, slots have opened up to 6 slots per day now
⁃Offer itself is insance as all students who come onboard have 1-1 coaching with founder / support
⁃Offer owner himself has done over $6M with Amazon in 4 years
⁃Before we starting working together the founder was selling the offer in the DM’s for £1.5k and had closed £1.7M overall… ZERO FUNNEL, ZERO SALES TEAM
⁃In 60 days the offer has gone from $30,000/m - $107,000/m
⁃This was purely done by changing price and entire sales process ( NO ADS, NO SETTERS, NO EMAILS ) literally generating opt ins via a VA and calling them then booking into calendar and closing them
- We are running ads come next week and pushing out content.
⁃We stopped taking calls Mid December as founder was moving and so there has been hundreds of fresh opt ins UNTOUCHED ready to be call and booked in 📞
WILL ATTACH BREAKDOWN OF NOVEMBER NUMBERS BELOW 👇🏽

VERIFIED 👆🏽 ( as I’ve done the setting myself )
⁃Bonuses + Incentives ( not included in above OTE )
What I’m looking for
⁃SDR experience 6 months or HEAVY corporate sales background ( I was on corporate sales for 2 and a half years before closing and closed $10M in gross profit at 20yrs old, SDR is the purest form of sales there is, the closers who make $15,000/m+ at ease all come from strong sdr background )
⁃Extremely competent and someone who treats the role like it’s their own business ( their leads, their pipeline, their customers )
⁃10/10 English this is a non negotiable for this offer
⁃Must be 20yrs old or older
⁃Can lead a call and qualify properly and not be pushed around on a call ( this is why experience is key )
⁃Is willing to do whatever it takes to book a call / influence a sale being made, not someone who is wanting to make a few calls, books some meetings and call it a day
👇🏽🚨How To Apply 🚨👇🏽
⁃DM ME a 90 Second video on
⁃Who you are
⁃Your experience
⁃Why you would be a good fit
👆🏽FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ABOVE 👆🏽
Or you will be DQ’d
Extra Info
⁃I have done the phone setting myself and as a results managed to generate over $100,000/m spending very few hrs per week to do so, if you are a dialled in SDR with good talent you can make what most closers make on this offer
⁃As it stands the founder is still taking the sales calls for the next 60 days until we bring onboard a closer … meaning calls you book in will convert at a higher rate % as the founder is in the phone with them … ( he’s closing at 78% for reference )
⁃The culture of this team is probably as close to a football team you will get and we only want the top people for each position ( we have already done this at a high level from who we have running our : marketing, sales and ops ) we will only accept the same when it comes to the sales team
If I didn’t get straight into closing after coming from corporate sales this would of been a role I would of loved to start in.
I remember back when I was 18yrs old, when I had my very first corporate job working for the UK’s top commercial office fit out company
I started as a Lead Generator making 300 dials per day, I was given stack of white sheets of paper with mobiles numbers on them and told to call them all
I wasn’t calling sally the receptionist or Darren the facilities manager, I was having to call - CEO’s, CFO’s and COO’s of companies, often times I had to obtain their mobile number and then cold call them to see if they were moving office
Faced countless rejection on most calls and dealt with some very difficult people but the one thing that kept be going was knowing that if I kept on going eventually there would be someone who said yes and I would have a qualified lead meaning I would get some commission.
Even though it was pennies, those wins are just as good as the ones today - at the time yes it was sh!t but the longer I’m in sales the longer I realise how crucial and necessary it was.
Having a good meaningful valuable initial call with every prospect is so key and also making them feel good
Some will close on the first call yes
However some won’t and will likely be speaking with other companies too as a result
Yes you can book in a second call but if that initial call wasn’t valuable or memorable for them they won’t even attend
Too many people in the HTC are all the same when it comes to their calls and prospects just become numb too it
They regurgitate the same shit sales training that everyone has been through
Nothing will beat real sales ability, most HTC get absolutely stepped on when speaking to a proper business owner
Most of the time they won’t close on the call as sometimes that’s their “ process “
however HTC still try relentlessly to close them on the first call
Which leads to them not showing up to a second call and thinking you’re an amateur.
- have valuable conversations
- come across as an advisor
- make them feel good and be the best conversation they will have
It will either massively increase the chances of them closing or more importantly coming back to a second call or in the future and closing …
Every lead ends up buying
It’s either you, another company or in the future
I use to be so focused on ensuring prospects were properly nurtured before a call
So that when they were on the call they were warm and had knowledge about who we were and what we do
However now selling to 90% cold traffic I have a much higher close rate
Simply down to the fact of having a dialled in sales process that allows us to sell to ice cold traffic
If you know how to sell to ice cold traffic
' finding a $10k/m opportunity ' will never be an issue
as within reason every offer you hop on you will be able to hit that number
The Best Closes Are When The Prospect Get's The Name Wrong Of The Offer Owner At The Start Of The Call
' yeah so I saw James' ad or is it Jeff, is that his name ? '
45 Mins Later : ' PIF '
9am this morning “ incoming call “
“ I’m ready to pay “
I wish the whole journey of this lead was that easy …
15 failed payments
5 different payment methods failed
3 trips to the bank
2 different cards used
Later …
bringing the knowledge, skills and strategies I used in corporate sales into HTS has been huge
most HTS closers - will book in a follow up or message the prospect a few days after the call
and if they no show or don't respond maybe send another text 😂
just like back in corporate sales when I had to get a decision maker on the phone who was normally the CEO and the lead was probably out in the whole market at this point
the only way I could get into the deal was somehow obtain his PERSONAL mobile number which NO ONE had ...
I would do this through using a mobile phone scraping software which I connected to linked and I would often find their family members or co-workers in a higher position than them ( I would go for higher position such as chairman because there's no way a Head of Ops is giving you their CEO's number 😂
Anyway I would pretend to be a delivery driver and magically get the number EVERY SINGLE TIME this worked - I mastered getting mobile's
Not only that but I would call off different lines - +1 , +44 , +33, +353, zoom, WhatsApp, FaceTime, Double dial and yes even triple dial
Anything to get them on the phone because I knew once I did I had the pitch and cover up to handle the reason why I called
anyway my point is even with prospects now I will genuinely call them 3/4 times a day if they have ghosted me
how are you just going to not have a answer ?
like if it's a no brilliant or if its a yes even better
but a no response just can't happen - if this happened back in corporate sales that lead I worked so hard on would get taken off me and given to another sales guy who could get then on the phone
give me anyone from corporate sales and in 3 months they will be better than most high ticket closers who have been in the space for 1 year
It’s almost a disadvantage your first offer being a $10k p/m opportunity
Because if it is you probably won’t actually learn anything
You will have prospects in your calendar who could of even been closed in the DM’s 😂there that warm
You will become very COMFORTABLE which is dangerous and you will be seen as a COMMODITY
As anyone could’ve closed those deals because they were so warm
The real advantage you have is when your first offer is sh!t
And you’re dealing with every type of prospect under the sun : Hot, Cold, Don’t know who you are, Don’t know what you do etc …
You also probably won’t have tonnes of calls in your calendar so will most likely be doing outbound to generate your own leads too
Your going to need to think of creative ways YOURSELF to start closing more deals
And being a GOOD CLOSER isn’t enough
These prospects are cold therefore - you need to do something before the call to ensure - they know who you are, what the call is about and what the offer is
Creating your own mini VSL, pre call video or even personalised message via WhatsApp
Are all things you will have to do to ensure your closing more deals in this offer
There’s much more you could do - but that’s just a few
As you can see the skills and knowledge you build in a bad offer to begin with are farrrr greater than an order taker offer as you never know when the marketing will fall off …
“ Being a closer you’re still a slave to taking calls “
No matter where I am I will never not love taking calls …
Not just for the £ but the thrill of closing a deal
It’s the same rush as scoring a goal in the cup final of a game
No matter the ticket size, of course the bigger ones are sweeter but each sales should give you the same buzz.
Being good a good “ closer “ doesn’t stop at making $10k p/m
It goes far far beyond that if you wish - dealing with : $100k + packages, multi million dollar business , C suite executives, high level entrepreneurs, pitching a board of directors, 5/6 figure commission monthly and much more
Closing is just your stepping stone - as everyone says it’s not about how hard you row it’s the boat you’re in
Those people crying about “ closing “ being like a glorified 9-5 just weren’t good enough at sales to make it to the big leagues
Sitting here in the room of a 5* hotel in Dubai closing a $20k deal in 45 mins
I can tell you it’s certainly worth and this is just the beginning🎯
