You will be forgotten quickly. Within 20 years of your death, no one will think about you other than your children. Within 100 no one at all.
The only audience that matters is God and God alone.

I *try* not to give other pregnant women unsolicited advice because EVERYONE does that, but I do tell them βdonβt let people scare youβ. I am never so bombarded with birthing horror stories as I am when Iβm pregnant and Iβm sure that happens to plenty of other women too. Itβs nice to see women share their births in a positive light and give some hope to other mothers!
I died a little on the inside every day that I had to be stuck at a desk for my last office job. Every day I am glad that I donβt work that job anymore.
I do not yearn for the cubicle.
You do not have unlimited time.
Your death will come on an ordinary day, in the middle of unfinished plans, and the world will continue on without you.
We donβt oppose abortion because women regret it afterward.
We oppose it because it ends an innocent human life.
Thatβs exactly why so many women do regret itβ¦.once they realize they ended their own childβs life.
@cherokeeowl I knew at 14 that guns are dangerous contraptions by nature and that taking or even just endangering someone elseβs life is inherently wrong. Itβs not a complex concept. Anyone saying βhe might not have known betterβ is being ridiculous and they know it.
