All known errors have been fixed but if you're having any issues with your TelQuest numbers, switchboard or phone system then please contact the helpdesk [email protected] or tech support direct [email protected]

FIXED - Some of our TelQuest 0845 numbers have an incorrect pre-call message alerting callers to contact ActionFraud. This was caused by a badly formed setting which used a generic fraud message rather then the intended generic legal message, which should say "Calls Are Recorded"
