Shortly after our drink driver, the team were pulled away from custody to deal with a joint operation that turned into a fail to stop, in to allow the pursuit to continue, units from VCTF and FP requested our highly trained TPAC assets to bring the pursuit to an end.

Our traffic team got a heads-up about a potential drink driver a couple of nights ago, after one of the team witnessed a middle-aged male enter this trade vehicle, he was immediately stopped and blew a whopping 63/100 on our breathalyzer device. #NoTimeWasted #BestOfTheBest #LC

We continue to clamp down on minor road traffic offences, while major incidents still take place, vehicle seizures and regular traffic stops must still continue to uphold the law and nothing is better than our beautiful fleet of unmarked patrols to do the job! @LCRPC_MO8 #fiction

There is no greater feeling than getting into briefing at 1930hrs, being out in my car by 1940hrs, getting into my first high speed pursuit of the shift by 2000hrs and doing a fast roads closure by 2040hrs… it’s all in a days work and I wear these beasts with pride! @LCRPC_MO8

[LCRPC Met Operations 19 @LCRPC_MO19]

MO19 officers pursued this vehicle after their ANPR system flagged the vehicle for having multiple firearms-related offences. Tactical Contact was made to minimise any ongoing risk to members of the public and bring a stop to the pursuit!
