@DavisPhinneyFND @PdAvengers If medicos can’t answer, why or how we got Parkinson’s. Let alone don’t have any real answers on slowing it’s progression, curing it …. what makes them so sure they know what is best for us and actually provides us with a better life. Do what works for you, you’re the expert.

@DavisPhinneyFND @PdAvengers 10 years ago I was told by my neurologist (in Australia) that continuing with my commitment to exercise and healthy living, and to use his exact words “It’s great for general health, if you are doing it thinking it will benefit your Parkinson’s, then you are wasting your time.”

Organisation’s love YOPD’s for generating funds, but none of that funding is ever made available to support YOPD’s. It’s not just certain countries it’s global. In Australia YOPD’s are treated as Pariah’s.
