Last year, the SPLC added TPUSA to their so-called "hate map," placing us alongside neo-Nazi organizations and the Ku Klux Klan. The day before Charlie was murdered, they published a newsletter attacking him and Turning Point USA.

Today, they doubled down and stood by that designation.

The data below shows that 132 H-1B workers are currently placed at TxDOT through 13 outside staffing and consulting firms. The largest single vendor, CGI Technologies, holds 100 petitions — 50 filed each quarter — all for the same job title at the same wage. Those are IT positions that Texas workers could fill. Based on data from real estate industry insiders, there are an estimated 100,000 H-1B landlords across the country. Close to 2,000 have been found so far, and we are barely scratching the surface.

By the way, this excludes H-1B mortgage fraud. That is another rabbit hole on its own, and we need the state and federal governments to look into the issue.

As many commentators have said, we just need to enforce the laws currently on the books that have never been enforced.
