One of Construct's women-only cohorts visited IBEW and learned the process of wiring an extension cord from start to finish. From measuring and stripping the wires, connecting them properly, and securing everything safely.⚡🔌

Cohort 63 was busy at Humber College, working on framing for windows! 🏗️✨

They learned to cut wood to size and drill pieces together for window framing, building essential construction skills and gaining confidence in the trade.
