🇸🇻 @nayibbukele@PresidenciaSV
President Bukele,
@TeamYouTube just declared educational content about El Salvador to be "spam."
What they deleted:
Our @YouTube Channel - Constructopia ES including:
- 30 videos documenting YOUR infrastructure
- 500K+ views of El Salvador's transformation
- 3.1K subscribers following YOUR country's progress
What they kept:
- Our English channel about other countries (monetized, active)
The pattern:
Content about other nations: ✅ Acceptable
Content about El Salvador: ❌ "Spam"
24 days of evidence provided:
- Timeline showing AI false positive
- Proof English channel style identical
- Professional production (5hrs/video)
- PDF documentation forwarded to internal team
YouTube's AI response:
"Severe violations confirmed. Decision final."
Zero explanation why El Salvador = spam but other countries ≠ spam.
Coincidence or Censorship?
Mr. President:
We can't reach YouTube's decision-makers.
Por favor - help us get one human at YouTube to review both channels and explain why your country is treated differently.🇸🇻
@TeamYouTube@YouTubeLATAM
Uncomfortable question:
Why does your algorithm treat identical content differently based on language?
English channel: Templates + consistent uploads = Monetized ✓
Spanish channel: Templates + daily uploads = Spam ❌
Same team. Same format. Same quality.
Different language. Different outcome.
Is your AI less trained on Spanish content?
Does it flag Spanish creators more aggressively?
Because from where we're sitting, this looks like algorithmic bias/error.
Educational content about El Salvador shouldn't be "spam" just because it's in Spanish.
Please have human review our case!
@TeamYouTube Please have a human review this list and our channel!
The facts:
📌Spanish Channel: Constructopia ES
📌Content: Educational (El Salvador infrastructure)
📌Monetized: Nov 24, 2024
📌Terminated: Dec 17, 2024
📌Reason: "Spam" (after re-uploading unlisted
video)
📌Warnings prior: ZERO
📌English channel status (Constructopia):
Active & monetized
📌Days appealing: 22
📌Human reviews received: O
Thank you!
We are approaching 200 CHANNELS that have been WRONGLY TERMINATED by YouTube’s new AI ‼️
Every one is being documented.
This isn’t going away until someone at YouTube steps up.
Every day you stay silent @TeamYouTube, the sheet grows: https://t.co/4ne4GreWQ9
#RetweetTheSheet
@TeamYouTube@YouTubeLATAM
What we believe actually triggered our termination:
Dec 16: Uploaded video (unlisted)
Dec 17: Made some edits, re-uploaded (still unlisted)
Dec 17 (1 hour later): CHANNEL TERMINATED
For... editing an unlisted video?
No public content affected.
No audience misled.
No warnings prior.
Just: Algorithm saw re-upload → flagged as spam → case closed.
Except our English channel re-uploads edited videos regularly. Still monetized.
12 days later: Still no human has looked at the actual context.
Automated moderation without human oversight = this.
@YouTube@YouTubeLATAM Please have a human review this case properly
@TeamYouTube@YouTubeLATAM
Channel A (Spanish):
- Educational infrastructure content
- Consistent templates
- Daily uploads
- Professional editing team
- Status: TERMINATED ❌
Channel B (English):
- Educational infrastructure content
- Consistent templates
- Consistent uploads
- Professional editing team
- Status: MONETIZED ✓
Same creators. Same everything.
Please explain.
Day 20. Still waiting for a human to look at this @TeamYouTube@YouTubeLATAM
Question for YouTube creators @DeepHumor@shazyoutube :
Is this normal now?
✓ Get monetized
✓ Invest in professional team
✓ Scale to daily uploads
✗ Get terminated for "spam"
While your identical channel in another language stays monetized?
We're documenting real infrastructure projects in El Salvador. 5 hours editing per video. Professional team.
@TeamYouTube's AI says: Spam
Our English channel says: Still monetized 19 days. Zero human review. Is anyone else dealing with this?
Repost if this sounds broken 🔄
@TeamYouTube Help us understand this logic:
You approved us for monetization → We're trustworthy✓
3 weeks later → We're spam ❌
But our English channel (Constructopia) doing the exact same thing:
Still trustworthy ✓
Still monetized ✓
So are we a verified partner or a spam operation?
Can't be both.
We believe our Spanish channel (Constructopia ES)got terminated for re-uploading an unlisted edited video and having consistent branding.
18 days asking: Which decision was wrong?
One human review would answer this.
Please review the channel properly:

Thank you!
@TeamYouTube Happy New Year!
We believe our termination might stem from automated detection of template-based content production:
✓ Consistent thumbnail templates (same design, same host)
✓ Similar title structures for content series
✓ Regular upload schedule
We understand why algorithms might flag this pattern.
Why this is legitimate, not spam:
Template consistency = professional branding (standard practice for educational channels)
- 80% of content: Real infrastructure projects in El Salvador (factual reporting)
- 20% of content: Hypothetical scenarios
-> There are channels doing THE SAME still up and monetized (yalosabias, AnálisisdeBukele)
~5 hours production per video - research, scripting, editing, thumbnail design.
No AI-generated footage or automation.
The key evidence: We were monetized on Nov. 24th and @Youtube approved this format.
Also our English YT-channel (@Constructopia) uses very similar templates and structure - and remains monetized. @YouTube also approved this format.
If templates = spam, why is one channel active?
If templates ≠ spam, why are we terminated?
Could we please request human review to evaluate this discrepancy?
We're confident a manual comparison would show this is professional content creation, not spam operation.
We appreciate your time and attention. @TeamYouTube
@TeamYouTube The facts:
📍 Channel: Constructopia ES
📍 Content: Educational (El Salvador infrastructure)
📍 Monetized: Nov 24, 2024
📍 Terminated: Dec 17, 2024
📍 Reason: "Spam" (after re-uploading unlisted video) 📍 Warnings prior: ZERO
📍 English channel status (Constructopia): Active & monetized
📍 Days appealing: 13
📍 Human reviews received: 0
Our content hasn't changed. Your algorithm has.
One human comparison of both channels solves this immediately.
@TeamYouTube Please assign a human review to our case!
Thank you!
@TeamYouTube - Help us understand your logic:
Constructopia ES (Spanish): TERMINATED for "spam"
Constructopia (English): ACTIVE & monetized
Identical creators. Identical format. Very similar content.
If our content violates your spam policy, why is only one channel flagged and terminated? This inconsistency proves system error, not policy violation.
Please review the case by a human. Help us reinstate our channel (https://t.co/Ahw9YsbW7N). Thanks!
Update @TeamYouTube: Your response appears to be another automated reply as it doesn't address any of the specific facts we've provided at all.
Your response simply links to a generic policy article and claims the case has been "reviewed“ and the termination is "final".
We kindly ask you for a human review as a reviewer could immediately see the following:
- Our English channel (Constructopia with 1.3k subs) has very similar content and was not taken down by you
- We're a monetized educational channel (YouTube's own verification one month ago!)
- The "spam" flag triggered after re-uploading an unlisted edited video
We document infrastructure of El Salvador, not deceptive schemes
It appears like your AI is responding to our appeals with AI. We're not asking for special treatment. We're asking for what every wrongly terminated creator deserves: one human to actually look at the evidence. Please assign a human reviewer @TeamYouTube@YouTube . Thanks in advance.
Hello @TeamYouTube, hope you had a nice Christmas vacation! Following up on our case: It's been 10 days since our channel "Constructopia ES" was incorrectly deleted. 3.1K subs, 30+ educational videos about El Salvador's infrastructure, approved monetization - all lost.
But our English channel „Constructopia“ with some identical content was NOT banned.
We are kindly requesting human review - this appears to be an automated error.
To clarify: We uploaded a video as unlisted (not public), then re-uploaded it with an edit a bit later (also unlisted). About one hour later, the channel was terminated for "spam" etc. (See screenshots)
