Farmers, experts, and advocates all coming together for one goal: building healthier soil and a sustainable future for farming.
Every conversation and connection brings us closer to greener, more resilient agriculture. @nighealthwatch
Chemical fertilizers feed the crops, but harm the soil.
Biofertilizers feed both.
In our new video, we shared why farmers in Ondo State should turn to biofertilizers
The benefits, the adoption process, and the challenges ahead.
Effective science communication is key to closing the gap between research and policy in Africa. Without it, vital evidence that could address the continent’s pressing health challenges may be overlooked in decision-making.
On 10 July 2025, we launched the Science-Policy Communications Fellowship to equip public health researchers with the skills to translate evidence into policy and inspire behaviour change.

Without strong policies, biofertilizers can’t reach their full potential.
We need government action, private sector investment, and farmer support to make eco-friendly farming the new wave in Nigeria.
The future of food security depends on it

As we mark #WorldFoodDay2025 under the theme "Hand in Hand," let’s remember:achieving food security takes all of us working together.
Strong policies are key to driving the adoption of Biofertilizers, natural & eco-friendly for our soil

Biofertilizers improve soil fertility, reduce costs, and protect the environment, while chemicals often weaken the soil and pollute water.
Healthy soil means healthy food, healthy people, and a healthy planet.
Short-term gain or long-term growth?
The choice is clear.
Biofertilizers vs Chemical Fertilizers
Both help crops grow, but only one keeps the soil alive.
Chemical fertilizers may feed crops for a season, but biofertilizers feed the soil for a lifetime.
Hello Farmers, do you want healthier soil and higher yields?
Biofertilizers are natural microbes that boost your crops, lower costs, and protect your land

Bridging the gap between research and policy begins with effective science communication.
Through the Science-Policy Communications Fellowship, we equip public health researchers with the skills to translate evidence into policy and action.
During a four-day workshop in Abuja, fellows strengthened their capacity in media engagement, storytelling, and data visualisation, and gained firsthand insights from field visits to key institutions, including @PVAC_NG, @SWApGov, and @nhia_nigeria.

The transition to sustainable farming isn’t always easy and biofertilizers come with their share of challenges.
But the long-term gains improved soil structure reduced chemical dependency and environmental restoration make the shift worth it.
Many farmers still believe biofertilizers are new, weak, or difficult to use.
But the truth is, they’ve been tested, trusted, and proven to make soils healthier and crops stronger.
Let’s replace myths with knowledge and grow the future of farming the right way.

Chemical fertilizers may give fast results but at what cost?
Biofertilizers build soil health, protect the environment, and keep our farms sustainable
It’s time to grow smarter not just faster 🌱
Every Nigerian deserves a working health facility. Yet in Sabon Gayan, Kaduna, an uncompleted PHC tells a story of resilience, frustration, and hope.
