Racism may exist in people, but administrations give it oxygen from the top down. Marco Rubio honestly seems like one of the few sensible people here, which makes those awkward moments even sadder to watch. Trumps excessive fondness with Pakistan, his advisors giving him ideas from crypto investment to minerals there, and the loud racist MAGA crowd damaged America’s image badly in India. We forget that 8 founding members of America were immigrants..racism has no place in the USA! Presidents may come and go, but America is still one of the greatest nations on this planet and always will be.

Oh I definitely not visiting India (and India) …because clearly many of us including me are not built for this level of “inconvenience” like being welcomed everywhere we go like stars! with people taking selfies with us.
It’s honestly too much when strangers smile at you, help you with directions, and still don’t expect a tip just for being human.
it’s is a very confusing experience when Medical is accessible to all including tourists and most medication is available over the counter. And these people treat tourists like guests instead of walking wallets, sometimes they don’t even charge! Especially towards Rajasthan! 
And the absolute worst part is getting offered food, guidance, and kindness before you even ask for it, how is anyone supposed to adjust to that?
Hotels! Huh! Don’t even get me started… they treat you like maharajas and Queens … with garlands and all ..also making it difficult by acting like service actually means service, not hidden charges at every turn. Even street vendors sometimes forget the global rulebook and just give honest prices with honest intentions. Some play games, but there are others to help… and guide! 
So yes, I think I’ll avoid India, can’t risk getting used to this dangerously high level of warmth and hospitality…

I recorded all their corruption and collaboration with Pakistan against their own people in India, I presented proof to my NGO - they refuse to publish! And said something in Hindi accent “mare hue ko kya marna” !
