🔥 YOU DON’T HAVE TO CHASE BLESSINGS. LEARN TO WALK IN OBEDIENCE!
PSALMS 1 vs 1
Psalm 1 teaches us that the blessed man is not necessarily the one who does the most, but the one who refuses to walk in the counsel of the ungodly, stand in the way of sinners, or sit in the seat of the scornful.
He delights in the law of the Lord and meditates on it day and night. He is like a tree planted by rivers of water, fruitful in its season.
The secret is not doing more; it is obeying more. You don’t have to complicate what God has already made clear. When God tells you how to walk, follow His instructions.
Stop chasing what obedience can cultivate. 🌳
Read Psalm 1. The blessed life begins with the right walk!
Let’s Read Genesis 1:1 Correctly! 📖
Many preach, “In the beginning, God,” to teach that we must start everything with God. But the Scripture says, “In the beginning, God created the heaven and the earth.”
The verse tells us what God did in the beginning: He created the heavens and the earth. It is a statement about creation, not a direct command about how we should start everything we do.
We can encourage people to put God first using other Scriptures, but let’s not force a text to say what it was not written to say.
Are we reading what the Bible says, or repeating what we have been taught? Let’s discuss. 👇
