When you feel your mental health is going bad again, try random things. Clean your room, take a walk with no destination, enjoy your favorite ice cream flavor or just ghost everyone. Sometimes, the smallest things can help you feel like yourself again.
Your life ends when you die. That’s the only real deadline you have on earth, everything else is self-imposed. At 25, you’re in the midst of growing into adulthood, so don’t think you’re falling behind when your own story doesn’t have a timer set against you. Keep doing you :)
