Our music workshops in prison have been 'slammed' by the @ScotExpress in a piece by @daview96 quoting @RealStephenKerr. Scotland has the highest rate of imprisonment in Western Europe. It's disappointing when rehabilitation isn't taken seriously and considered worthy of funding.
