@rakyll it’s really up to each individual to draw the line & work as much as they want to :) unless their management is really micromanaging & piling on. But it indeed is lucky to be working where you have the balance
Back in 2018 I saw a hiring post from @brendandburns. Didn’t know about him founding K8s back then & emailed him about seeking a New Grad role & how I’d just taken a “Linux networking” course. Funny how in 2021 the exact same course helped me get into 1/3
container networking area in Azure & in 2022 my team work getting some visibility from @brendandburns & @markrussinovich in meetings! Being in the same meeting as them was a real honor & further getting to share our work too was an icing on the cake! 2/3

@vinaygandhims@ParekhKosh Amazon is I guess more well-prepared during major events they would anticipate such failures more. But yeah imagine amazon’s loss😂😂 they would have all hands on deck
So toxically related to the Instagram app that even when it’s down, I find myself opening the app 🙃
Also what is this crazy single point of failure?

Learnt a new git command today… useful for reverting all changes to a “single file”..
$ git checkout [commit ID]~1 -- path/to/file
$ git commit -m “reverting the file”
Usually we want to revert the changes before a certain commit hence the “~1”.

@AryanSi79779749 @prabhu_vinesh94 +1 their frustration of saying those things is completely different.being undermined for so many decades & told that girls are good for nothing can obviously make them prove a point & why not? We can all be proud that the women of India won Olympic medals & defied patriarchy! 👏
