@tylercstafford Trammell really should be in the lineup everyday. Gives you a reliable lefty bat that gets on base that plays good outfield defense. Would almost rather him over Meyers.

@GigemStros22 But you’re complaining about Trammel being in the 4 spot (who’s currently 2-2) which Dana hasn’t been in charge of making the lineup or responsible for injuring all the players that led to this moment.
@birdboxinglife@HomeTrae64847 Wouldn’t say that. Japanese pitchers historically struggle for a bit coming over. Weiss you’ve spent basically nothing on. This is the same guy who said Blanco should be a starter. Sousa, Okert, Teng, Wesneski have been great for the Stros before injury (not Dana’s Fault)
@astrosworld34 That’s pretty narrow. There are a lot of those bargain bin pick ups, especially in the bullpen that have kept the club competitive. Underperformance is not his fault.
Interesting that Hayden Wesneski and Ronel Blanco are starting off on the 15 day IL. I assumed they would immediately start on the 60. Are they further along than everyone thought?
While not seeing the direct benefits now, this approach will likely pay off big time. Patience will get them getting more pitches they can hit. But it’ll take a bit of time for them to start seeing the zone better. Sucks now, but will payoff huge in the long run.
@HowToMoneyTruth@JonHeyman More like, if the Astros sign someone nobody wants, everyone should be scared because that pitching lab works crazy voodoo magic on pitchers
