Monitor for adherence (at risk for developing resistance), rpt STI testing (Oral and Rectal), check HIV & renal function at future f/u.

1 tab per day with food. That's all it takes. Test for HIV first, obtain baseline labs (hepatitis status, BMP), renally dose CrCl < 60 mL/m.
