@sarobertson_ What the hell is he blabbering about? Trade is not between governments, it's between companies. Does he really think American companies buy Canadian products for the sole purpose of helping the Canadian economy? They buy Canadian to grow their businesses primarily.
@SamLenSports What does he mean by we'll wait and see? So if Shea plays good with the Oilers, that he will admit they made a mistake of not resigning him?
@dstaples@edmontonjournal They already have a surplus of signed players plus a few promising prospects in their AHL team. The only rational way for the Oilers to add another player is via trade with 2 or even 3 players going the other way.
@Kgill39 I don't understand this obsession by some Oilers fans for the team to fully use up their cap space. Tarasenko will not make a lot of difference just like Arvidsson was or Mangiapane. Best move is to keep the current cap space and see what happens by the trade deadline.
@HerrHaynes@WTA Shut up if you don't understand the context of what she was saying. If her grandfather didn't train her at an early age, she wouldn't be good and won't get an invitation to train at Nadal Academy.
@ABDanielleSmith First, the Alberta registry system was handed over to private companies and now Smith is giving them free access to Albertans' personal data.
@NHLRumourReport This is not just about Robertson, it's also about the Stars wanting the best return for him. This is a 3-way negotiation. Jason may approve the destination but if Dallas doesn't like the return, it won't happen.
@Bob_Stauffer@EdmontonOilers As an Oilers fan, it's all about the results for me. If Babcock can bring in good results, that's all that matters. Who cares if he hurt some cupcake young player's feelings? And who cares about all these negative opinions from non-Oilers fans? Go kick rocks mfers.
