CoolKit has built a business on continuous improvement and last week saw our first ‘Kaizen Blitz’ take place within our Lining department.

Inspired by the Japanese ‘Kaizen’ philosophy, our Kaizen Blitz was a two-day improvement sprint designed to drive operational change.

‘Kaizen’ - steady, purposeful improvement through small, meaningful changes - aligns with the way we work.

Led by Hannah Murphy, our Continuous, and supported by Joe Gleave, the session brought together a cross-functional team from across operations, technical and manufacturing.
