@British_Airways No assistance given yet. BA contacts me on X dm and promises me that an agent will discuss this case when I provided my phone number. I get the call and after three days this guy sends me the form of refund. This form contains spaces where I had to provide my card details.

@British_Airways Why was I not informed by british airways or indigo on time if the flight was cancelled? When i tried contacting my agent they say that the flight is still there. And british airways is responsible for managing these flights and provide an alternate one
