While working in our archives, I found an old metal box. Inside was a long-forgotten roll of silent 8mm film marked "The Philippines 1942"

Across my career i've worked in 9 different museums. If you had to ask me what is the most important thing to make it a happy, worthwhile, functioning place. I'd say: make sure that ALL colleagues are heard, their voices respected and that the experience is utilised. Yours?
