I've lived here for 63 years and finally my ID number is recognized in the online system to give me access to online features such as services and applications. It doesn't make me a new citizen!

The IT systems have just not been able to recognize our ID numbers to enable us to register on e-home affairs platform to enable access to online systems.

This has been since work on a "tie in" was started yesterday afternoon and should have been completed by last night.
