Today's Level 3 risk covers a long stretch from Ohio through West Virginia and into Pennsylvania.
Damaging wind is the main hazard, with forecasters expecting storms to organize into fast-moving clusters and even a few supercells as they race east this afternoon. Cincinnati's window opens as early as noon, while Harrisburg's roughest stretch looks to land near 4 PM. A tornado or two and some hail are possible as well, mainly with the earlier, more discrete storms.
