@pb4p If Teachers can pressure government into the 24 hour testing turn-around and make schools safer, every parent of a school child benefits from it. Going against the teachers on this issue is saying "I don't want safer schools for children"
I canโt understand why all those businesses upset at closing during lockdown are not taking legal action against this: the data clearly shows that schools have much higher infection rates than pubs, restaurants , nail bars, gyms or casinos- schools should be closed before pubs.
Had a little twitter break! Iโm back with a new job ๐ฉ๐ปโ๐ซ. The degrees are finally paying off ๐๐ฅณ #newyear#newjob#teacher#backontwitter
Final day of the PGCE done. A year of such highs and such lows and a constant battle to get through. Iโm surprised anyone wants to teach after a PGCE...but Iโm sure after a long, hot summer (please ๐๐ปโ๏ธ) Iโll be ready to get back in the classroom. Let summer commence โ๏ธ๐ด๐คฉ๐๐ป๐๐
Last teaching day excited face! This year, without question, has been the hardest most emotional year! A PGCE is not easy and itโs made me realise teaching full time in the UK is not my endgame! Iโm certainly not ready to โfall into a steady jobโ . The adventure will continue โ๏ธ
@dr_j_farrell @exeterclio Thanks for having me! ๐. Hopefully Iโve inspired some student to stay with @UniofExeter for an MA! Not sure how convincing I was about the PGCE though ๐. Best of luck to this years #medievalmagic cohort!
