Biafra: IPOB Uncovers Plot Targeting Ndigbo for Extermination

In a recent press release, the Directorate of State (DOS) of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) frowns at a statement by prominent Muslim cleric Sheikh Ahmad Gumi who is directly instigating efforts to create chaos and destabilize the southeastern region of Nigeria.

According to the statement, "Sheikh Gumi, on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, proposed that the government arm Igbo youths to combat IPOB members". IPOB claims that this statement is part of a broader plot to provoke conflict in the Southeast region. The Biafra Freedom movement further pointed to a viral video showing the new Director of the Department of State Services (DSS) in Imo State assembling armed youths and instructing them to target IPOB members.

However, they have scaled by adopting adaptive strategies and prayers of Biafrans and other lovers of freedom.
The IPOB leadership and IPOB worldwide have tremendously tried very hard to sustain ESN, and the Biafra struggle in the absence of our leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. Their resolve and determination to sustain and support ESN financially and morally can not be overemphasized. ESN remains the last line of defense for Biafra Nation. It beholds Biafrans at home and in diaspora to join IPOB in providing logistical support for ESN to continue to protect our land for the battles ahead.

ESN Operatives have a strong sense of ethics and morality in discharging their duties. Therefore, be assured that ESN shall not engage in any criminal activity or in the killing or destroying of the people they have vowed to protect. There are serious consequences for any ESN Operative that goes against the ESN Code of Conduct and ethics.
In this year 2025, ESN will intensify their activities in sting operations against all the criminals who have turned our land into a place where all manner of evil and abominable activities; ritual killings, extortion, illegal arrest, and forceful disappearances, drug businesses take place. It is going to be an eye for an eye operation. Biafra Land must be free from all forms of criminality and terrorism being sponsored by the Nigerian government and desperate politicians just to tarnish the image of ESN, IPOB and the Biafra struggle.

ESN hereby warn all the local vigilantes under any code name in Biafra Land to tread with caution in discharging their duties. ESN operatives are not against the genuine vigilantees that are helping to curb crimes. But they must not cross the red lines by being a tool in the hands of the Nigerian Government and her murderous Security Forces to hunt, abduct, and kill any IPOB member or any innocent Biafran in Biafra territory. If they do, they should be ready to have a confrontation with ESN.

ESN shall apply all necessary measures to facilitate the evacuation of terrorists and bandits in the uniform of the Nigerian Security Agencies out of the Biafra Region. Some of the people in these security uniforms are terrorists and criminals parading as state actors.
ESN shall impose harsh punishment on any Biafran conniving with the Fulani herdsmen in land acquisition in the South East Region. Moreso, those individuals making money by pointing fingers at IPOB members to be abducted or killed by the Nigerian murderous Security Forces should be ready to be paid in the same coin.

Finally, the global family of IPOB once again call on the Nigerian Government under Bola Ahmed Tinubu to release our leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and other Biafrans abducted by the Nigeria DSS, Army and Police and detained unjustly. Self-determination is not a crime under any law in the world.
IPOB shall never retreat nor surrender until Biafrans are given the right to vote in a referendum or exit Nigeria in some other way.

ÑIGERIA AND ITS MOCKERY OF JUSTICE;

As the new era of mental and economical revolution is sweeping the Sahel region, reasonable and genuine African leaders are preparing the minds of their citizens for total emancipation from Western imperialism, while Nigeria is setting her own citizens up to be slaughtered, importing terrorists just to preserve the interest of their masters in the Western world.
And it is rightfully so because Ñigeeria as was created by the British through Fredrick Lugard as a hundred (100) years experimental enterprise, forced on the throat of West African region to checkmate the economical growth and stability of entire Africa, and to soly protect the British interest.
Like Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu rightly said and I quote - "For Africa to have a true taste of freedom, artificial boundaries created by the colonial criminals like Nigeria must cease to exist for people to come together to determine their destiny".

TWO LAWS IN NIGERIA;
The recent news making headlines on Thursday 30th Jan, 2025 - that a court of appeal in Abuja-Nigeria headed by Justice Hamma Barka affirming the proscription of IPOB in 2017 by Justice Abdul Abdu-Kafarati is nothing but a mockery of justice.
In a so called circular state, where Sultan of Sokoto is advocating for establishment of Sharia law in the Southern states to protect ravaging Fulani jihadists, the circular justice system is silent.
Shiek Gumi is galavanting, negotiating deals for Fulani terrorists in the open places, threatening to arm Igbo youths to overrun Biafraland, yet he's moving with Nigeria government authorized escort.
In a justice system where a Fulani chief of army staff proclaimed that a repentant Boko Haram terrorist can be the president of Nigeria, and nobody was proscribed.
In a system where Miyetti Alla which ranked 4th most deadliest terrorists group in the world were paid the sum of N100-billion to stop kidnapping/killing indigenous people in Southern Kaduna under the watch of El Rufai. None of these terrorists is behind bars. Where is the justice?
Sunday Igboho asked for Oduduwa Nation, he was arrested but through the help of the current Nigerian sitting president Bola Ammed Tinubu he was released from Coutonou, but Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is still under illegal detention.
Thousands of Boko haram branded "repentant" recruited into military and pushed down East to continue the Fùlani age long war to conquer South.
As Sen. Enyinnaya Abaribe said, there's two laws in Nigeria, one for the North and the other for the South.
The same appeal court that discharged and acquitted Mazi Nnamdi Kanu since 13th Oct, 2022 and Nigeria government refused to obey it is the same appeal court that affirmed kangaroo proscription of IPOB, let's see their hypocrisy lay bare.

WHAT IS THE CRIME OF IPOB;
The crime of Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB) led by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is our advocacy for our indigenous rights to self determination as charted by United Nations.
Our crime is reminding the British government of the expired hundred years amalgamation that forced different people with different ideological and value systems together without our consent - 1914- 2014. Which have caused millions of lives and properties.
The crime of IPOB and Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is our demand for justice for over 6million innocent Biafran women and children slaughtered by the British/Nigeria governments through Harold Wilson and Jack Yakubu Gowon, one of the worst genocide in human history. Likewise, Rwanda, the world must acknowledge Biafra genocide.
Our crime is carrying flags to protest peacefully in our own streets in Biafraland. In 2017 during Donald Trump's first term inauguration, IPOB members gathered in Igweocha to celebrate Trump victory, we were shut live bullets, hundreds of us were killed, while huge numbers is still missing till date. Nigerian government can not use this quack designation to distract the global attention from their atrocities in Biafraland, intersociety is doing their best, amnesty international is trying and it is left for IPOB to furnish ICC and highly reputable international communities with number of Biafrans killed from 2015 till date, including forceful disappearance and those still missing till date. Nigerian government including Tukur Buratai can never escape justice.

MESSAGE TO ÑIGERIA JUSTICE SYSTEM;
It is said that the judiciary is the last hope of a common man, but the Nigeria Justice system is turned to its head, a mockery and a caricature in the international corridor. In a state where the executive has hijacked the judiciary is nothing but a failed state. The corrupt Justices in Nigeria has contributed immensely to high suffering, oppression and repression of citizens.
IPOB is not backing down, not today, not tomorrow, not ever. The only weapon we have against the Ñigeria state is the weapon of truth, and we'll keep terrorizing the status quo with nothing but the truth.
Resistance is part of our history, the determination of our ancestors to chose death over slavery (Igbo Landing - 1803), this is who we are, we are IPOB, our tradition is resistance, we don't bow to threats because we are the chosen generation, and this mantle of Biafra restoration has fallen on our shoulders, and we are carrying it very diligently. We are the world most largest mass peaceful movement, we are recognized in over 100 countries of the world, we are not terrorists. Our demand is our human rights to self determination via a United Nations supervised referendum.

Nnamdi Kanu Drags Police PRO To Court Over False Accusations Of Terrorism, Warns Media Against Carrying Libelous Narratives

The leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has reportedly instructed his legal representative to pursue a defamation suit against the Nigerian Police public relation officer, ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi for unsubstantiated claims that members of the IPOB movement were responsible for the death of three soldiers killed by unknown gunmen in Imo State some days ago.

This was contained in a press statement issued by the lead counsel of Mr Kanu legal team, Barr. Aloy Ejimakor, who clarified that the suit against Mr Adejobi would serve as a detterence to anyone including media institutions who would falsely accuse the IPOB movement of being responsible for attacks on security forces in the South-East or tagging them terrorists.

He cited the court resolution of October 2022, which ruled that the Indigenous People Of Biafra movement was wrongly and vindictively proscribed by the federal government based on ethnic bias without concrete evidence to support such pronouncement.
