🇺🇬 NALUKOOLA CHALLENGES PARLIAMENT’S FACEBOOK STREAM WHILE PLATFORM IS BANNED

Elias Nalukoola (Kawempe North) raises a point of procedure over Parliament’s proceedings being livestreamed on Facebook, questioning how the institution can conduct official business on a platform he says the Uganda Communications Commission has banned.

Nalukoola asks Deputy Speaker Thomas Tayebwa to clarify whether the broadcast complies with Parliament’s Rules of Procedure.

If it does, he asks Tayebwa to order the immediate lifting of the ban.
