@Dept_of_AHD @PMOIndia I request to take some action against the carts that are pulled by animals like - buffaloes, horses, oxes etc. It is extreme cruelty. They often froth from mouth pulling heavy loads in all kinds of weather. Provision of alternatives is possible.
