Since @KyleKulinski follows me, I can explain why this isn’t astroturfed or some fringe faction of sectarian leftists.
I know the people who led those chants. They’re Arab and Muslim youth who understand the difference between personal culpability and political responsibility.
We’ve used these same chants against previous mayors. Eric Adams wasn’t personally sending bombs to Israel either, but he oversaw the NYPD, which maintains ties to the Israeli military and an office in Tel Aviv. Unless Mamdani has severed those ties, the underlying criticism remains valid.
I might not have used that particular chant myself, only because I know how quickly bad-faith actors, liberals included, will seize on the wording to distract from the substance. But I’m not going to condemn people for using it, or pretend their criticism is any less legitimate.
There’s always a problem with Palestinian chants. Globalize the Intifada,” “From the river to the sea,” “Long live the resistance.” No matter what we say, the conversation gets redirected from what we’re protesting to how we’re protesting it.
Stop joining the chorus policing Palestinian speech and start engaging with the actual policies and demands.
"According to World Health Organization (WHO) reports, approximately 77% of women in Nigeria use skin-lightening products regularly, making it one of the highest rates of use globally."
77% of women in Nigeria are Goths 😈
Zohran Mamdani's daily schedule:

11 a.m - Condemn antisemitism on a podcast

2 p.m - Give Synagogues $26 million from tax payers
4 p.m - Praise the Talmud on Social media
Sleep and Repeat ad infinitum
This is complete BS. If members of the Palestinian diaspora in NYC were sending hundreds of millions directly to Hamas they would *literally* go to federal prison. They would 100% be held responsible for the actions of Hamas.
But members of the Jewish diaspora in NYC can hold land auctions and fundraisers and run countless nonprofits to benefit every single aspect of the Israeli government and Israeli society as they commit a genocide and ethnically cleanse Gaza and the West Bank and we’re just all supposed to pretend like they bear no responsibility whatsoever for Israel’s actions?
Gimme a break.
It's worth noting that New York is 11.6% Jewish.
It's 28% Latino
20% non-Hispanic Black
15% Asian.
I've never heard it referred to as a Latino, Black, or Asian city, & I've never heard those demographic numbers wielded as a cudgel to defend bad policy.
Yes, NYC has the second largest Jewish population in the world, but it also has the second largest Dominican population outside of the DR. Like, what are we doing?
“No Jewish person in NYC is responsible for Israel” is demonstrably false. New York Jewish institutions and individuals raise hundreds of millions for Israel, lobby politicians on its behalf, and organize political support for it.
Accountability for what people actually fund and advocate for isn’t collective blame.
@MericanSanity@couchpotato1010@MibshaD You sound like you dont do your research. Because that 3.8bill is for the defense budget.
Outside of that theres aid in emergency supplemental military funding, historical economic assistance, joint research cooperation, Resettlement grants, Legacy funding, etc. You oblivious AF
@JoanLeslieMc Yall zio nazis so out of touch. IDF soldiers playimg victims after mass murdering women and children and your response is , "i stand with Isreal" ... You're going to hell!
I genuinely need people to understand what they are being asked to normalize here.
Mamdani campaigned on arresting Netanyahu.
Today Netanyahu came to NYC, received massive police protection, and anti-genocide protesters were arrested by the NYPD.
"We are not like everybody else & that is why all the laws that apply to everyone else don't apply to us... the Jewish people are a high-born people"
