It's a big part of why she loves working with kids, and why she enjoys her job. That and wanting to make the hospital less scary for kids,

A crying four year old, a hysterical nanny and a cackling 9 year old.. it must've been a sight to see for the firefighters that got her brother loose.

As he tells the story about the kid stuck in the bannister she laughs.

"My brother did that when he was like four, and freaked out the nanny." She shakes her head as she remembers the situation.
