Last indoor competition of the season sees our multi-eventer Sammy L getting a pb, with his 1st ever win in a sprint race - 25.31s for 200m and another pb in the Pole Vault - 2.80m. π΄π΅ @BishopStopford1

Well done to Oakhamβs head girl, Issy Skelton, who competed this weekend as a senior in the British Indoor Athletics Championships, in Birmingham, over 400m, progressing as far as the semi-finals. Some achievement when youβre still at school!

Great running from our younger athletes today in Leicestershire xc league. 1st place for Kirrily Dubois in year 4 race, 1st for Barney Burman year 5, 5th for Benji Dubois year 7 and 10th for Ava Burman year 7. Well done allπ
Our Masters Ladies Team put in some gutsy performances yesterday, competing in the EMAC T&F League Final at Milton Keynes. Depleted in numbers but not in spirit π Thanks also to our 5 officials for their support too. πβ€οΈπ

At Derbyshire County champs this weekend we had great performances by Sofia Barrett who took triple gold by winning 100m, 200m and 300m. Big well done Sofia π
Brilliant performance by Maree Jesson in Richmond Marathon this morning. Maree ran 3.18.27 for 4th lady overall and 1st in age group ! This result after a 20.06 Parkrun the previous day so not a bad weekend. Big well done Mareeπ
