@verynetwork why is your customer service so absolutely poor , I tried about 4 time to get through wouldn’t recognise my voice ! And then I’ve just waited nearly 45 mins to speak to someone for it to get cut off !!! Joke , issue still not solved - do you have an email address ?
@verynetwork being directed to your very app every couple of minutes whilst on hold for the 3rd time today is extremely irritating. Your advisor hung up on me by the way, great way to deal with customers 😡
