One win.
That’s all that stands between Alabama Baseball and its first trip to Omaha since 1999.
Twenty-six years of waiting.
A packed Joe. A Super Regional. A chance to make history.
Finish the job.
“We had 50 players in the draft this year that were over 25-years-old competing against 17 and 18-year-olds...” - Nick Saban
Why’s that important? Well… here’s Will Anderson Jr. at 17-18 years old (left) versus Will Anderson Jr. at 25 years old (right) 😂
Alabama’s won the last 7 Iron Bowls played in Bryant-Denny Stadium
Final score in those games:
2012: 49-0
2014: 55-44
2016: 30-12
2018: 52-21
2020: 42-13
2022: 49-27
2024: 28-14

And there’s a pretty good chance he helped develop, mentor, or train your current head coach, too.
The truth is, many people aren’t upset because of what Nick Saban said.
They’re upset because of what Nick Saban did.
For 17 years, he dominated college football, beat their favorite teams, won championships, and built a standard of excellence that will never be matched again.
Whether you agree with him or not, few people have earned the right to speak on the future of college athletics more than Nick Saban.
In a world where coaches pay for talent and could really care less about the actual individual. Give me this man over any of em a thousand times over. He’s 1 of 1. He carried this team with very little funding to a semi final where we beat the best offense in the nation and the National Player of The Year in Jordy Frahm. And went toe to toe with a multi million dollar squad last night. I’m so proud of him and the ladies. And wouldn’t trade any of em for anyone else in the game!
Side note: I wish UA would invest in women’s sports. I mean the fact that we were 1 game away from going to the natty and yet they still probably won’t invest in women’s sports.
Congrats to William Jennings on earning PING First Team All-America honors!
He is the ninth different UA golfer in program history and the first since 2016 (Robby Shelton) to be named a First Team All-American
