Two years ago I had an accident, after 6-11 months, I never went to the gym, mentally I was not in shape, I was depressed, I didn't trust my body.
Physically I wasn't ready to start again. in March 2023 I chose to start working out again. I decided to take exercising seriously, I set my goals. today itโs my year mark since Working out has become one of my favorite hobbies.
Muscles are growing, physically strong, mentally strong. Iโm achieving my goals. And I will keep doing my thing.
Way to progress in the gym:
1. Lift more weight
2. Same weight, more reps, more sets
3. Same weight, better form
4. More tempo (slow down)
5. Less rest time between sets
You can challenge yourself in many ways ๐ช๐ฟ
Note to self:
If you ever tell yourself that youโre going to leave the gym early and finish those sit-ups or push-ups at home laterโฆ
Just know that youโre actually full of shit.
