Epitalon COMPLETELY fixed my circadian biology and my sleep. Full stop.
Before epitalon:
- trouble falling asleep.
- trouble staying asleep.
- still tired upon waking.
Post epitalon:
- I fall asleep in minutes.
- I sleep through the night.
- I feel more refreshed in the mornings.
Whether or not Epitalon extends my life through lengthening my telomeres or not is frankly irrelevant to me.
What is did for my circadian rhythms and my sleep is invaluable and in and of itself has strong influence on longevity.
It is hands down my second favorite peptide after Reta.
Has anyone else had the same experience with it?
Gonna start off the giveaway with a 3d printed peptide storage container. I do some pretty cool ones. Flip side i'll also do a 10ml vial container if you are more into steroid stuff. I'll post up what I can make but it'll be dealers choice on what you want :)
Out of all the peptides I have experimented with, here is a list of what I would/would not use again + ones I have no interest in:
Would:
- GLP1s (dual or triple)
- HCG
- MT1/2
- Tesamorelin
- Epitalon
- KPV
- GLOW/KLOW/Wolverine (for injuries only)
- GHKCu topical
Would not:
- CJC1295

- Oral BPC-157
Never used, but no interest:
- Sermorelin
- AOD-9604
- DSIP
- Hexarelin

methods.
With the emergence of advanced compounds like Retatrutide and purpose-built therapies like Brenipatide, the future of addiction treatment is moving toward regulating behavior at the neurological level rather than simply managing its consequences

📄 GLPs as a treatment for addiction
GLP-based compounds are reshaping how addiction is understood and treated. By targeting the brain’s reward system and reducing the intensity of cravings at their source, they offer a fundamentally different approach compared to traditional

I decided to up my test to ~150mg a week bc as some of y’all commented, I’d basically be doing TRT which wouldn’t be worth it in my case. And it may still be low. But I wasn’t sure whether I should be more concerned of over doing or under doing it but it seems like the former would be more of an issue. But I’ll let bloodwork dictate what’s next. I’m still figuring out the split bc anything around 20 or more units leaves a bump for days. So far ~12-14 units seems to be just the right amount to prevent that.
For biohackers, it enhances cognitive and mitochondrial performance. For bodybuilders, it supports recovery and endurance.
For anyone focused on aging well, NAD+ represents one of the most powerful and fundamental tools available.

📄 NAD+ Explained
NAD+ sits at the center of energy production, cellular repair, and longevity.
Its decline is a key driver of aging, fatigue, and metabolic dysfunction, while its restoration supports resilience, recovery, and long-term health.
📄 GLOW Blend - the ultimate healing tool
GLOW blend represents one of the most effective and comprehensive peptide formulas available for healing, regeneration, and aesthetic enhancement.
By combining BPC-157’s tissue-repair abilities,
