@Osby_8 I have always been an advocate of this play. My whole career I asked teammates, coaches, and umpires. Everyone always said it was a balk. But even in official baseball rules all it says is you can’t throw to an unoccupied base EXCEPT for the purpose of making a play. That’s it.
