@AmericanAir is so bad. Their delay made me 20 mins late to miss a connection. The new flight they booked before I arrived at my layover was to a different airport, which was too far away from my car. No offer to shuttle or any travel voucher. My options were limited.

These things happen, delays are inevitable, Burbank is a pretty small airport. I get all that. But its wild to me the default is to drop me off at LAX and expect I pay my own way to Burbank??? They messed up! They fix it!

And I would have to wait 9+ hours to be on standby for a full flight. My biggest issue was they handled it with no care about my time or energy. Said they don’t do travel vouchers or shuttle, which isn’t true. I’ve had ubers placed for me before to drive me to another airport.
