Garrett Bakhsh, then 18, was killed in a nightclub shooting in January 2020.

To honor his memory, his family has started the Garrett Tazwell Bakhsh Memorial Fund to raise enough money to build a lacrosse fieldhouse at Coker University.

The 2021 recipient of the Fighting Heart Award is @StevensonLax senior goalie Marc Poust.

Marc's father, Bill Poust, passed away in late March of this year. Marc went on to earn USILA All-America honors and backstop the Mustangs to their 12th straight NCAA tournament.
