I received a significant raise and I’m at a housing crossroads.
• Bought my house 2 years ago
• Now have excess income
Options:
• Pay it off aggressively
• Upgrade for future family plans
• Upgrade and rent this one out
What would you do?
Ok #AgX, Amy says the kids need a better produce stand than my pickup bed. I have the tin from this old shed, an NH3 gear, and bunch of pallets. I'd like to see what others have put together.
If guys are in the field, I respond ASAP unless its family dinner time or the kids bedtime. If we're rained out, I send them a response telling them I'll call in the morning.
Both was not an option. My brother was out spraying with the drone today. I've chosen not to participate in the custom app business, so I spent a lovely day with my wife, kids, and in-laws.
We just had a conversation with our 7 year old about how far from the house he's allowed to go without telling an adult first.
It makes me very pleased to see what my wife has accomplished homeschooling the kids.
My oldest is 6. Her age peers:
-25% already have a smartphone
-spend 7.2 HOURS/wk on internet devices
-58% aren't even allowed to play IN THEIR OWN YARD without supervision
-get less than 40 minutes/week outside without supervision
-socialize with friends only 2.2 hrs/wk
@FoulkShay I can't fathom not being equipped to get planting done in 10 day. Big planters are relatively cheap and last season it took 8 weeks to find 10 days fit to plant...
