Per request, our Dover Caregiver Cafe this week will feature Tai Chi! One of our wonderful Matter of Balance volunteers will be presenting on Tai Chi and doing some with attendees. The Cafe meets April 19 at 10:30am at the Dover Public Library. #careforthecaregiver
