People have lost their fucking minds over food.
I honestly don’t care what anybody eats. Live on cereal, vegan sausages and oat milk if that’s what you want to do.
But don’t tell me that eating real food is the dangerous option.
I eat meat.
“That much red meat can’t be good for you.”
I eat eggs.
“Every day?!”
I cook in beef fat.
“You need to worry about your cholesterol.”
I don’t eat bread.
“You need carbohydrates for energy.”
I don’t eat fibre.
“You must shit bricks.”
Apparently I’m about three fry-ups away from death.
Meanwhile we’ve got fake meat made from a list of ingredients that takes half the packet to print.
Milk that didn’t come from an animal. Protein bars with fake sugar and seed oils. Breakfast cereals with synthetic vitamins added back in and low-fat crap covered in marketing words like “healthy”, “plant based” and “high protein”.
And that’s normal?
Nobody bats an eyelid.
But put a steak on a plate with four eggs and suddenly everyone has concerns.
The brainwashing has worked so well.
People will confidently tell me that meat is dangerous while pushing a trolley full of shit that didn’t even exist 100 years ago.
And they’re absolutely certain about it.
They don’t use their fucking brains anymore to question anything.
Look at how many people are obese. Look at how common type 2 diabetes and fatty liver have become. But let’s focus on heart disease because it’’s supposed to be caused by cholesterol. Nothing to do with amount sugar and carbs they are shoving into their bodies all day long.
They have somehow decided the problem is beef, eggs and butter.
Open your eyes!
Something has gone very wrong with what we’ve been taught to call normal.
How the hell did we get to a point where real food became extreme and factory-made food became normal?
Rant over 🤣
@Ck27126422 But we usually do all of our beans, then roll into dryland corn then irrigated. We may let the dryland stand as it looks healthier than the irrigated this year. 🤷🏻♂️
@CBKimbrell I don’t like a lot of the things Republicans have done but yes, I can’t get past all of the stupidity the Democrats have come up with lately. It’s totally unbelievable!
@BohlingMatt My take on this match. We will pick Indiana apart like we did to Penn State.
Wisconsin is a very similar team to Nebraska, our advantage, the middles.
I have to go with Wisconsin.
I feel their fans are as close to Nebraska fans as you can get in VB.
I've seen too many jerks in the stands at Indiana and Penn State to ever pull for them.
Penn State had some real A holes in the stands when we lost to them 2 years ago.
Obviously, the team hasn't forgotten that either.
