@NatWest_Help I had this very same issue a week ago where my my account was left Nealry £300 overdrawn, I called and made a complaint and was told the system was never wrong even though my accounts showed I had transferred money from one account to the other to cover any purchase

@NatWest_Help @thefelourfog I have had this exact same thing happen over a week ago and despite explaining and you seeing that I transferred money from one account to another to cover purchases I was told I was wrong and nothing you can do, I have now had to go to financial ombudsman!
