The idea that seafood is pricey is not uncommon, but this is one of the things a fishmonger can help with.

If you’re willing to mix it up & try something different, you can often grab a bargain - plus you may fall in love with a new species that you’ve never tried before!

Let’s talk about bones.

In the UK, we’re a fussy bunch, with a lot of us preferring our seafood filleted without bones.

Whether you like bones or prefer your seafood without, fishmongers are on-hand to help.

So, what’ll it be? On or off the bone?

Witch by name, delicious by nature.

We recommend roasting (200 for ~8 mins) with a squeeze of lemon, a dash of olive oil, & a pinch of salt & pepper (cauldron optional).

No witch? Plaice or megrim work great too. They just don't sound spooky...

Tom belongs to one of the most sustainable fishing fleets in Europe, @Cornishfpo. Notice how he throws back lobsters carrying eggs so they can continue to breed?
