2026 Central Schools League U-20 Finals Review🏉
Makerere College School defeated Namilyango 30-10 to become the 7th different school to be crowned champions of the Central Schools Rugby Premiership.
Joshua Lamot of MACOS scored a hat-trick of tries to lead MACOS to the win. MACOS’ fourth try came from Edwin Kisakye.
Shalom Ankunda contributed 10 points from the boot, after a 4/7 (57.14%) goal success rate.
Titus Nyonyintono converted both his attempts at goal for 05 points to go with Humphrey Mandu’s try.
Namilyango lost a second consecutive Central Schools final, for the first time since 2010 and 2011, when they lost to King’s College Budo and Hana Mixed School.
MACOS became the third school to win their maiden Central Schools title by defeating Namilyango in the final; they join King’s College Bufo in 1998 and Hana Mixed School in 2011.
