@FedExHelp Sure, I'll call them an 11th time. They can't even call the place where the package is located.

@FedExHelp Its ridiculous! It's been 10+ days and you still don't know where the package is that YOU returned to sender. YOU still don't know where it is - I had to call UK myself to find it. No one calls back. This was an overnight shipment and you charge $350 for this???

@FedExHelp Someone needs to call the place I found, get to the package, put the right label on, send back overnight, and refund me.

@FedExHelp Done that 10 times. They only say someone will call. No one does. FedEx put the label on (obvs incorrectly), your systems doesn't know where it is, you have everything you need to send this back overnight (10+ days ago) and I'm being charged $350.

@tojulius Yes they will. Humans have a need to be in-person with others. We'll still do hybrid camera feeds, but the FOMO between future in-person vs virtual won't even be close.
