Today I had the honor of sitting beside Brazilian Senator and presidential candidate @FlavioBolsonaro during his powerful presentation representing Brazil’s economic interests before the @USTradeRep.

While I support my president’s right and responsibility to adjust tariffs to reflect an America First economic policy, Sen. Bolsonaro made a compelling case that the corrupt Lula da Silva regime and its criminal leftist allies have misrepresented the tariffs by falsely blaming the Bolsonaro family. Lula’s Marxist Workers’ Party has used these tariffs to smear the Bolsonaro family, lie to the Brazilian people, and deepen ties with the Chinese Communist Party and other totalitarian regimes.

Bravo, Flavio! We stand with you. Clearly, Flavio’s heart is with the patriotic, hard-working people of Brazil. The Brazilian people deserve to be free from the judicial dictatorship of Alexandre de Moraes and the Marxist PT thugs who seized power. We pray the Trump Administration will swiftly correct the damage done by the Biden Administration’s interference—including USAID-backed efforts that helped topple the Bolsonaro presidency and install this regime.

America rejected Marxism by re-electing Donald Trump. We pray Brazil will soon return a Bolsonaro to the Planalto and restore liberty, sovereignty, and partnership with the free world.
