If there is a right time for God to bring a promise to pass, then there is also a wrong time. Don’t get impatient when God’s timing doesn’t align with yours—there is purpose in the delay. In the waiting, God is working.

Be teachable and moldable in God’s hands. Growth comes from a willingness to listen and learn continually.
Proverbs 1:5 (NIV)
"Let the wise listen and add to their learning, and let the discerning get guidance."

Are you in sync with God?
When we’re in step with God, we have peace and His grace makes even hard work feel lighter. It’s not that we don’t put in effort — but our effort is strengthened by His favor and help.

Part 3
What was God doing during these seasons of waiting? Refining His people and teaching them to trust Him by faith regardless of their circumstances in the natural. Endure your season of waiting with a good attitude. That shows that you are truly trusting God in the process.
Part 2
Abraham and Sarah waited 25 years for their son Isaac to be born. David waited many years between being anointed King and stepping into that position. The Israelites wandered around in the wilderness for decades before entering their Promised Land.
Part 1
Does anyone enjoy waiting? God often uses waiting seasons to help us grow spiritually. If you look throughout the Bible many great men and women of God had to wait for significant periods of time between what God promised them and the fulfillment of that promise.
Proverbs 18:12 AMP
Before disaster the heart of a man is haughty and filled with self-importance,
But humility comes before honor.

When we are stretched beyond what we think we can bear or when our world is flipped upside down, Christ’s peace can comfort and sustain us; His peace is enough.
Make a decision to trust God and ask Him for His peace that surpasses all understanding.
