One patient had a single, solitary lesion on his inner thigh. Seriously, this does not look like what I would think Monkeypox looks like. At all.

One patient had a rectal perforation that was managing with non-operatively with IV antibiotics.

Rectal pain or pain with pooping is a very common presentation in this series, and many had proctitis on imaging.
