The COSLA Health and Social Care Board held its third meeting of 2026 on Friday 22 May, chaired by @cllrpaulkelly, having productive discussions on several agenda items and hearing a presentation from Dr Douglas Lowdon, NHS Tayside, on Discharge without Delay.
