Can you tell me why my newly purchased Samsung S60T soundbar with Alexa built in can't connect to my Spotify account? It's listed on the product page? Is this just false advertising or do you just not care?

@AmazonHelp "Spotify is not supported on this device" but its listed on the product page. If I play @Spotify via my phone to the soundbar. voice commands don't work at all (I have all the skills on the Alexa app) it just seems like built in Alexa is about 50% functional compared to the Dot?
