I slept plenty but woke up today feeling drained & lethargic with swollen puffy eyes. This is coming from someone who is no stranger to astral projection & lucid dreaming. It’s just never been this sustained & crazy. I go to sleep & wake up feeling tired & drained af. If you’re not having intense dreams right now then I’m not sure what that says about your spiritual health.
