Twisted Metal seen hitting 70 FPS on PC for the first time ever!

Achieved on the Max Performance tier with a 9800X3D running Linux.

This title screen is a great, stable in-engine benchmark that reflects in-game performance.
Some optimisations used are still a work in progress.

@rpcs3 If the PS4 emu devs could make magic like Dolphin emulator and make it "forwards" compatible with the PS5, that would be great.

That said, we definitely will have PS5 and PS6 emulators.
It will just take (a lot of) time, whether all the games are fully digital or not.
